How long does printing and delivery take?
We print and dispatch within 3–7 business days from order confirmation. For urgent orders (Karachi only) we offer a 48-hour express service — message us on WhatsApp to confirm availability before placing your order.
Do you deliver outside Karachi?
Yes. We deliver nationwide via courier (TCS, Leopards, or M&P). Standard nationwide delivery takes 5–10 business days after dispatch. Karachi same-city delivery is faster and typically handled within 1–2 days of dispatch. Shipping charges vary by location and are confirmed on WhatsApp before order finalisation.
Can I customise card text in both Urdu and English?
Absolutely. All our card designs support bilingual text — Urdu (Nastaliq script) and English side by side. During the checkout customisation step you can enter your event details in either or both languages, and our designers will typeset them professionally. A free digital proof is shared on WhatsApp before any printing begins.
What is the minimum order quantity?
Our minimum order quantity is 50 cards per design. This applies to each event card (e.g., 50 Nikkah cards or 50 Mehndi cards). For larger orders of 500 cards or more, a 10% discount is automatically applied to your total. Custom quantities between 50 and 500 are fully supported.
Do you offer digital or WhatsApp wedding cards?
Yes — digital e-cards are available as an add-on for all designs. Once your printed card design is approved, we can export a WhatsApp-ready digital version (JPEG/PDF) at no extra cost, so you can share your wedding invitation instantly with guests abroad or those not receiving printed copies.
